Babcock Peace of Mind is a Home Watch company that aims to provide excellent service to the Seasonal Resident. We are graduates of the Home Watch Academy where we have been professionally trained and tested. We are also members of the International Home Watch Alliance (IHWA), which is an organization that is a not-for-profit organization leading the way in the Home Watch profession. In most places, Home Watch is not regulated, licensed or recognized as a profession or industry. The IHWA is here to change that by growing a member alliance that recognizes the importance of professional standards and raising awareness amongst home watch providers, seasonal homeowners, and other professions and service providers who also serve the individuals who own multiple homes.

Babcock Peace of Mind Home Watch performs essential services for the Seasonal Resident because properties just cannot be left unattended. An unoccupied home is a vulnerable home. We serve seasonal homes, rental properties and corporate condos to name a few. We also offer Concierge Services as well.
